Delivery within New Zealand

All True Proactive orders are delivered within New Zealand via CourierPost.

  • Free shipping on orders $225 NZD and over
  • Flat rate shipping of $6.00 NZD on orders under $225
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control
  • Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout

True Proactive does not currently ship internationally.

Returning Your FIT Test Sample

The True Proactive FIT (bowel cancer) test requires your collected sample to be returned to our laboratory for analysis. Everything you need is included in your kit.

A prepaid CourierPost return envelope is included with your FIT test kit. You have three options for returning your sample:

1. Free courier pickup Schedule a free pickup from your address directly through CourierPost. This service is available within CourierPost's standard pickup zones. To book, visit courierpost.co.nz or call CourierPost directly.

2. Drop off at a CourierPost location Drop your prepaid envelope at any CourierPost outlet or drop point. This is the recommended option if you are outside a pickup zone. Find your nearest location at courierpost.co.nz.

3. Send via standard mail If you prefer, you can send your sample via standard NZ Post mail using the prepaid envelope provided.

Once your sample is received by the laboratory, you can expect results within approximately 7 days.

Important — Sample Handling

Please follow all sample collection and packaging instructions included in your kit carefully. Incorrectly packaged or delayed samples may affect result accuracy. If you have any concerns about your sample or return, contact us at info@truescreen.co.nz before sending.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at info@truescreen.co.nz within a reasonable timeframe and we will arrange a remedy in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
