Due to the nature of medical screening products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
True Proactive products are single-use medical screening tests. Once dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds regardless of whether the product has been opened or used.
Defective Products
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at info@truescreen.co.nz before using or disposing of the product. We will assess the issue and, where a defect is confirmed, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under New Zealand law.
