Team Email Signatures

Team — your True Proactive email signature. Find your name below and add it to Gmail. Takes about a minute.

In Gmail, open Settings (gear icon, top right) → See all settings → General.
Scroll to Signature and click Create new. Name it “True Proactive”.
On this page, select everything inside your dashed box (click just left of the logo and drag to just past the icons), and copy it (Ctrl+C / Cmd+C).
Click into the signature box in Gmail Settings and paste (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V). The logo and icons will appear.
Under Signature defaults, choose this signature for FOR NEW EMAILS USE and ON REPLY/FORWARD USE.
Scroll down and click Save Changes. Send yourself a test email to confirm.

Tip: if a logo or icon ever looks missing, it is just your email app pausing images — click “display images” and it will show. The images are hosted online, so they appear for everyone who receives your emails.
